Lakeside Medical Diagnostics
We welcome you all to experience this unique primary care based Ultrasound Scanning Centre. We are based at Purfleet Care Centre in a quite village adjacent to the beautiful shores of the River Thames, and at The Mayflower Centre in the leafy suburb of Billericay.
We are in the Choose & Book Service. We work 5 days a week and have access to all NHS referral patients. Our appointments are given within 48 hours, we scan during the day, evenings and also at weekends. Our scans are done by leading Consultant Radiologists who are well accredited and highly skilled.
Our reports are dispatched to the referring physician within 48 hours. Emergency scans are accepted on the same day, and if any emergency referrals are needed this will also be done on the same day. What does this all say? This service is centred in and around the patient needs, intimate, innovative, imaginable manner and rendered to the satisfactory highest quality of care for the patients.
Our staff are very friendly, courteous and extremely focused on the individual needs of our patients. This service has now been running successfully for 7 years.
